The foundation of any truly great company is the people who work there. In the pest management industry, the service technician is the first – and sometimes only – face a customer will ever come in contact with.

The Clark Man is quite proud to work side by side with some of the best and brightest technicians in the industry. The work they do as pest investigators and solution providers help homeowners prevent and eliminate potentially destructive, dangerous, and disease-transmitting pests – commensal rodents, cockroaches, stinging insects, termites, and more – from threating their homes and families.

Matt Beckwith, Clark Pest Control’s customer contact center director, is in a position to hear and read firsthand what customers are thinking about the services Clark provides and the people who deliver them. As you might imagine, that feedback runs the spectrum.
