We not only protect homes and businesses in cities and towns across California and northern Nevada, but we also live and raise our families in those same communities.
The last two years have been challenging for many of our customers and Clark team members, with the wildfires that have devastated communities and disrupted lives. Clark, your neighborly pest control expert, encourages you to remember your fellow Californians this holiday season by making a donation to the American Red Cross or to the charity of your choice to help people displaced by the fires.
The bond between Clark and its customers runs deep. Last year, termite inspector John Jarvis of our Santa Rosa branch volunteered his time and talents playing the role of Captain America with a group of other performers in the non-profit organization Hope, Love and Magic, visiting relief shelters and entertaining the children and their families.
Matt Beckwith, Contact Center Director for Clark, shared a story from a customer who recently called in the aftermath of the Paradise fire.
“We received a call from a customer who lived near the tragic wildfire in Paradise,” said Beckwith. “He called because he wanted to check on how his technician was doing, since they lived near one another, and that he looked forward to starting service again when he could get back into the community and to his home.”
Clark’s genuine concern for and commitment to the communities it serves will not change, no matter the circumstance. We’ll continue to work hard every day to live up to our promise by providing outstanding service and effective results for our customers every time we visit their home or business.
